Winter is here!

Hello everybody!
Cold and frosty Winter has reached us here at my place. Look at my poor roses all covered with snow and ice.
.

And those pumpkins, I can´t remember celebrating Halloween with snow everywhere.

But it is so nice coming home into our warm house having a cup of tea and do some crochet!!! Love that!

My best wishes to all of you!

  7. There were a few flakes in the uk, but a long way from us....can't say I am wishing on the snow, the area we live in doesn't handle snow well, and everyone always seems so shocked when it happens, the whole town comes to a stop!

It has got a bit milder again now, which I'm glad of...although a coal fire in the nightime is lovely!

  8. Omg, I'm so jealous! I'm form Poland so I'm used to it that there's A LOT of snow around and I used to hate it, but since I live in UK now I miss snow so badly! Last year during winter I was living in London and we had snow for only three days and it was in January... I can't wait for next year Christmas, because I'll go to Poland and hopefully I'll get enaugh of snow then ;)

    Have a nice day!

  9. Brrr, so viel Schnee habt Ihr!! Grausig.

  10. Our weather is still warm but should be cooling soon. I love the look of snow and your photos are lovely! I have one of the potholders you made sitting on my bedside table. It looks so pretty there.

  11. Brrrr! That's made me shiver......strong roses to withstand the snow!
Although I hate the cold I must say I do miss not having a Christmas with snow....it just doesn't seem to be Christmas if there is no snow. How it does seem a bit earlier to have so much snow.
    Gorgeous ripple colours!

    keep well
